In the event you receive a defective product, you may contact us to request an exchange within 7 days from the purchase date, adhering to the conditions outlined below. Please note, we do not offer refunds, but are happy to provide replacements or exchanges.
No Returns/Exchanges for the following conditions:
- Products that have been tampered with.
- All conditions must be carefully reviewed below.
If the criteria are not fulfilled, JasFlo retains the right to decline the exchange. Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
All returned items must be in good condition.
